The personal information you have provided will solely be used by ABTOI to advise you of new products, services and offers from ABTOI full members and associated members. We do not sell, trade or rent the personal details you have provided to us to any third party without your express consent.

When you make an enquiry or sign up for our newsletter, information about you is collected. This refers to information such as your name and contact details. By giving us these details, you consent for these to be used as necessary in emailing the information you have requested and complying with legal requirements.  Should you NOT want to receive the information you have requested any more, please let us know by emailing info@loveitaly.co.uk. Our Cookie Policy:

Cookies are used to enhance the user experience as they store an ID which then relates to in-memory or stored data, for example, a search session. This site uses Google Analytics, a web analytics service provided by Google. Google utilises the data collected to track and examine the use of the Loveitaly website, to make reports on activities conducted on the site and share them with other Google services. Google may use the data collected to contextualise and personalise the ads of its own advertising network. View Google’s privacy policy. We use Google Analytics for reporting on aggregated website usage and trends to understand how our website and product is performing. We collect no personally identifiable information (PII) through Google Analytics.

ABTOI members and third parties:

ABTOI is an unincorporated non-profit making travel industry organization.  It is not a regulatory body and has no regulatory powers or functions. Accordingly, although we have certain requirements of our members, we are not able to warrant the financial status or reliability of any of our members and therefore do not accept any liability of whatsoever nature (whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty or otherwise) for any loss or damage (including without limitation any loss of profit or any indirect or consequential loss) suffered by any customer of a member from any cause whatsoever whensoever and howsoever arising.

How you may use information and material on this site:

The information contained on this site is for general guidance only and is not intended to amount to advice on which you should rely. Uploading content to our site

Subject always to our prior authorisation, certain information and material may be uploaded to our site, such as member promotional offers.  All such information/material must be authorized by us for verification and approval prior to it becoming live on the website.

You will be liable to indemnify us for any breach of this provision.  This means you will be responsible for any loss or damage we suffer as a result of you uploading content without our prior authorisation in accordance with the process outlined above.

Which country’s laws apply to any disputes?

You and we both agree that the courts of England and Wales will have exclusive jurisdiction except that if you are a resident of Northern Ireland you may also bring proceedings in Northern Ireland, and if you are resident of Scotland, you may also bring proceedings in Scotland.

If you are a business, these terms of use, their subject matter and their formation (and any non-contractual disputes or claims) are governed by English law. We both agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
