Podernovo di Monticiano is a property of about 1000 sqm that include two farmhouses dating back to the end of 1700, made of fine local stone, where the dominant pink colour shows typical green and blue stripes

Podernovo is built in the Tuscan style, which was kept untouched even through the recent works done especially on the inside rooms, carried out with comfort in mind
