To submit your application, a few simple steps:

2. Download and complete the Application Form (PDF) and fax it to ABTOI on + 44 (0) 207 183 5340
3. Make a bank transfer for your membership fee to ABTOI’s Euro account shown on the form. Please note all bank charges are payable by you and must be paid at the time of transfer.
4. Advise us by email or fax when bank transfer made
